Shipping & Returns
All goods are sent on a Standard Shipping method and delivery times will vary but please allow 4–9 business days for your order to arrive with you.
When placing your order, if you know you need your resources by a certain date please inform the office or leave a note with special delivery instructions on the delivery details page during check out.
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to customers outside the United States. If you would like a customized quote for shipping to a certain location, please contact email@example.com.
Due to our $1 shipping policy, all items are bought on a firm sale basis. No returns will be accepted unless the item is faulty.
If your order arrives defective or damaged we will happily refund/exchange it for you. We will need to be notified of this within 5 days of you receiving the order. Please contact our customer services team if you wish to make a return of defective or damaged goods.
Please allow up to 21 days for any money to be returned back to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, though often money will be returned much quicker than two cycles.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy.
If there is a problem with your eBook file please do get in touch and we will resolve this for you.
