Yes. If your church/organization is qualified for sales tax exemption in your state, we can set your account as tax exempt. The set up is a one time process, then future orders you place online will not be charged tax.
To do so, register for or log into your account here. From your account dashboard, click “Upgrade” then “Premium Church Account”. Fill out all the required information and upload your tax exemption certificate. We will manually process your exemption on our end, usually within 2 working days, and confirm with you via email once this is done. Please note that this tax exemption will only be automatically applied to the email account it is submitted for; if your church/organization has multiple staff members who will be ordering from us, we recommend creating a shared organizational account with us (using the same log-in), or reaching out to request that the tax exemption be applied to multiple accounts.
If you cannot wait for the tax exemption to be processed and need to place an order immediately, you can submit your order with sales tax, and then we can retroactively refund the tax once your paperwork has been processed.
If you’re reselling, then yes you can set up a trade account. To do so, register for or log into your account here. From your account dashboard, click “Upgrade” then “Trade Account”. Fill out all the required information and upload your resale certificate. We will manually process your paperwork on our end, usually within 2 working days, and confirm with you via email once this is done.
We offer two options for placing trade orders. Once your trade account is set up on our website, you can place orders online and your eligible trade discounts will be automatically applied to your order. Alternatively, you can email or phone in your order, which we will process and invoice you for (depending upon our prior agreement).
We offer trade discounts on all of our 10Publishing, Evangelical Press, Union, and The Gospel Coalition titles. The more you buy, the greater your discount will be. As a trade customer, you still have the option to purchase other titles from us, but these special discounts only apply to materials by the publishers listed above.
We handpick the best books from across the publishers, road testing them to ensure that what we sell holds to the Bible and points to Jesus. This doesn’t mean these are the only goods books on the market – we also make decisions on what we stock based on accessibility, availability and cost effectiveness.

It’s always best to give as much time as you can, but we can help you if you’re late to getting things sorted. Depending what you’re ordering we can turn it round that day, either from our main warehouse or a secondary warehouse. If for whatever reason, the title you want isn’t available in time, our team know our product very well and can suggest something else, which might work our as more cost effective for you.
Our warehouse in La Grange, KY has a small area where you can browse and buy books. We are open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm.
A bit like a conference bookstore mentioned above we’d come for your church, bringing books that serve those. This is a great way to reach the whole church and impact even fringe members. As part of your service well make some recommendations for books and enthuse about reading (you’ll see an example on the video below). This is done in a sensitive way and not commercial, rather we are enthusing about the power of books that point to Jesus. We supply many, many churches each year and usually it becomes an annual event that churches often call ‘Book Sunday’.
Our presence doesn’t harm the week-to-week ministry of a book room you may already have. We go to many churches that already have something happening. They actually find that our work boosts what they do in the following weeks.

We’d love to come to your event – this is one of the core works of our ministry. Please email our events team with details and we’ll work with you to ensure we can provide a superb bookstore that will advance the ministry of your event.
We typically need a minimum attendance of 300 people, though some exceptions to this are possible. For example, if your event is only 200 people, but we can stay for the Sunday services, where the attendance is 600 people, we’d be able to come to your event.
For an event of 300 people we’d typically request 10-12 tables to serve the attendees well.
We require power and wifi and if you’re able to provide our employee accommodation this is helpful to keep our costs down but not a requirement.
We do not charge to come to your event.
Our events team get booked up quickly, so it’s wise to plan 8-12 months out. If your event is sooner, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to be with you.

As part of our selection process of titles we don’t stock/distribute self-published or POD titles. If your book is published by a mainstream publisher and you’d like us to consider stocking it, please ask the publisher to send us a review copy.
If you are speaking at an event at which we are providing the bookstore, or your ministry is exhibiting at such a conference and you’d like the book to be available in the store, please contact our team with details and we’ll be glad to help facilitate this.
Please email us the transaction date, and the last 4 digits of your card used and we can send you an invoice. If you have the name/location of the event, and the total purchase amount this can also help.
Our main focus is English language titles, as we partner with other ministries who can do a better job at supplying other languages. However, we do want to support non-English speakers, especially in their evangelistic outreach. If there is something specific you need, please let us know.
10ofThose was started by Jonathan Carswell with the idea of getting good Christian resources out to as many people as possible. Starting as a hobby in his bedroom, 10ofThose has now grown to be a company that distributes over half a million items a year. We give God the glory!
In the early days the work had no name as it was just a hobby, but people had to buy in 10’s. Therefore, when the company was founded in 2007, the name it was given was 10ofthose – taken from people ringing up and asking for “10 of those, 10 of those, and 10 of those”. The name stuck!
Now however you don’t have to buy 10. You can buy any number you like, from just one. However, often the more you buy the cheaper it gets. We offer price breaks for varying quantities on most titles. These are displayed on each products’ web page.

We appreciate the desire to give away books. This is something we want to encourage this, where people aren't already buying books, or perhaps where the recipient isn't a Christian. However, we find that many times books are given to people who can already afford them, or already have lots of books, and this doesn't seem a wise use of resources.
If the recipients of your books can't afford them, or you are looking to give away books evangelistically and you can't afford to buy them, then we would love to help you work through ways to make it possible for books to be available. If you want to apply for free books please email us explaining what books you're looking for, how they will be used, and why your circumstances mean you're unable to purchase them. We'll do our best to serve and help you.
To change your saved card details first you need to login to the site, once logged in you should be directed to your account page, if not you can access this from the top right corner of the page. From here you have a number of options on your account. One of these is to add/remove card details.

Every product on our website has been handpicked – so we know it holds to the Bible. We try to ensure we have a comprehensive selection of books on our site and keep it as up to date as possible. All purchases made on our website are considered a 'firm sale' and are not available for return. If however, your goods have arrived faulty please email us to request a return or replacement.
Any faulty items need to be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. We will refund/exchange the full cost within 21 days, excluding postage & packaging. Credit card refunds can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement (though this is usually done much quicker).
We are also unable to accept returns for eBooks or other digital content. If there is a problem with your eBook file please do get in touch and we will resolve this for you.

We supply files in both ePub and Kindle (Mobi) format, where for format reads eBook, both formats are supplied, otherwise the format will be listed as Kindle, or ePub.
.mobi files are used with Kindles and ePub files can be used on iPads and most other e–readers. Make sure you buy the correct eBook type for the device you want to use it on.
You should have been provided with a link straight after your ebook purchase to download your ebook. However if you did not download them at that point, you can go back via the Your Account page to view your recent orders and download your ebook.
Once you’ve downloaded your file, you’ll need to transfer it to your eReader device.

Transferring to Kindle
Connecting your Kindle device to your computer:
Plug the larger end of a USB cable into an available USB port or a powered USB hub connected to your computer.
Connect the other end of the USB cable to the micro–USB port on the bottom of your Kindle device.
When connected to your computer, your Kindle device will go into USB drive mode and its battery will be recharged by the computer. Your wireless service is temporarily shut off and you will not receive any of your subscriptions while in this mode. Also, your Kindle device is not usable as a reading device while you are in USB drive mode, but will return right to where you were when you eject the Kindle device from your computer.
Transferring Kindle content
Once connected to a computer using a USB cable, your Kindle device will appear in the same location as external USB drives usually appear. For Windows users, this is typically in the “Computer” or “My Computer” menu. For Mac users, the drive should appear on the desktop.
Open the Kindle drive. You will see several folders inside, one of which will be named “documents.” This is the folder you will move the downloaded file into.
Locate the downloaded file and copy it into the documents folder. You can generally copy files by clicking and dragging the file to the folder.
Safely eject your Kindle device from your computer and unplug the USB cable. Your content will appear on the Home screen.

If a pre–order item is alone on your order, then we’ll send it out as soon as it is released.
If the pre–order item is ordered along with other items then we’ll do one of two things: split it, and send the rest on ahead. There is no charge to you for the extra shipping in this case! This happens if there is a long time before the book is released. If however, your pre–order is about to release we may hold the order and ship together.
