We ship orders Monday–Friday. We strive to ship your orders out as quickly as possible. Our typical processing time is 1–4 business days, with an additional 2–10 business days for delivery. Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons, product launches, and promotions.
Our Standard Shipping typically uses UPS Mail Innovations. In some cases you can request expedited shipping when placing your order. Please note that if you place an order with expedited shipping after 12 PM EST, it will likely not be shipped out until the following business day. Please also note that UPS Ground and other expedited UPS services do not deliver orders on the weekends.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders shipping to Canada. Please note, if you are outside of the USA your order may be subject to additional taxes and charges on delivery, in your country, which is something beyond our control. Please allow up to 45 days from the ship date for shipping to APO addresses.
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to customers outside the United States. If you would like a customized quote for shipping to a certain location, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We work diligently to keep our website updated to reflect items that may be out of stock or backordered, but there may be times where we are notified of a backorder after you place your order. In the event that this happens, we will seek to contact you as soon as possible.
Due to our $1 shipping policy, all items are bought on a firm sale basis. No returns will be accepted unless the item is faulty. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
If your order arrives defective or damaged we will happily refund/exchange it for you. We will need to be notified of this within 5 days of you receiving the order. Please contact our customer services team if you wish to make a return of defective or damaged goods.
Please allow up to 21 days for any money to be returned back to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, though often money will be returned much quicker than two cycles.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy.
