We ship orders Monday–Friday. Typically, orders ship within 1 working day when the item is in stock. Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-7 business days for standard delivery. If additional stock is needed to fulfill your order, additional processing days may be required. Please do not use a PO Box as UPS is unable to deliver.
Our $1.00 Standard Shipping typically uses UPS Ground Saver. We offer expedited shipping, which you can select when placing your order. Orders placed before 12PM EST will ship the same day, with orders placed later shipping within 24 hours. Please also note that UPS Ground and other expedited UPS services deliver orders Mondays-Fridays. Saturday delivery is available upon special request for an extra charge.

Please allow up to 45 days from the ship date for shipping to Army Post Office (APO) addresses.
We work diligently to keep our website updated to reflect items that may be out of stock or backordered, but there may be times where we are notified of a backorder after you place your order. In the event that this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
Due to our $1 shipping policy, all items are bought on a firm sale basis. No returns will be accepted unless the item is faulty. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
If your order arrives defective or damaged we will happily refund/exchange it for you. We will need to be notified of this within 5 days of you receiving the order. Please contact our customer services team if you wish to make a return of defective or damaged goods.
Refunds usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 21 days. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, though often money will be returned much quicker than two cycles.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy.
