Warehouse Manager – La Grange, KY

Role and Responsibility
Leads and oversees all warehouse operations across all sales and revenue channels. Owns the full scope of book movement in and out of the LaGrange, KY warehouse, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, event preparation, and returns.
Warehouse Operations
Owns execution of picking, packing, and shipping all orders
Ensures workflows are efficient, clear, and consistently followed
Maintains high standards for accuracy, speed, and organization
Identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks
Event & Conference Inventory Flow
Owns preparation, staging, and shipment of all event inventory
Accountable for event inventory accuracy, timeliness, and readiness for next use
Leads and oversees logistics for large conferences, including tear-down, freight and trucking, and loading/staging of stock and equipment
Inventory Management
Ensures all receiving is completed accurately and in a timely manner and resolves any discrepancies.
Responsible for ordering packing and facility supplies.
Systems & Process Ownership
Owns warehouse workflows within Brightpearl and ShipStation
Coordinates UK air and sea-freight shipments
Ensures orders, inventory, and shipments are accurately reflected in systems
Trains and enforces SOPs across all warehouse functions
Drives process improvements that increase clarity, speed, and accuracy
Team Leadership
Leads and directs warehouse staff in daily operations
Sets clear expectations for performance and accountability
Hires and trains warehouse staff
Reinforces a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Planning & Coordination
Aligns staffing and workflow with order volume and event/conference schedule
Coordinates with customer service on order issues and exceptions
Ensures the warehouse is prepared in advance for upcoming demand
Measures of Success
Orders shipped accurately and on time
Event inventory consistently accurate and ready for reuse
Inventory accuracy maintained across systems and physical counts
Clear, followed processes across all warehouse functions
Team operates efficiently with minimal oversight
Qualifications
Required Experience
Alignment with 10ofthose mission and values
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Preferred Experience
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
Event/conference logistics or freight coordination
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable training, directing, and holding a team accountable
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, walk, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods; forklift certification preferred
