Reports to: Marketing Manager, North America

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Role Overview 

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day production of marketing campaigns across email, web, and paid ads. This role ensures that campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and deployed smoothly. This person takes ownership of campaigns after initial concept and design approval, ensuring a high standard of quality, consistency, and operational excellence. They will also execute our email lead capture strategy through paid ads. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and deploy email campaigns in Mailchimp based on approved designs and copy  

  • Duplicate and localize campaigns for different audiences (e.g., US/Canada), including updating links, pricing, and content details  

  • Conduct thorough QA and testing of emails (links, formatting, mobile responsiveness, personalization, etc.)  

  • Manage the campaign testing and approval process, ensuring accuracy before send 

  • Manage paid ads on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools 

  • Analyze ad data and performance to make decisions that will result in the best return on ad spend 

  • Create and manage discount codes, pricing updates, and promotional setups on the website  

  • Update homepage banners and key website promotional areas  

  • Identify and reduce errors by improving workflows, checklists, and processes 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • A heart for our mission and gospel-centered resources 

  • Strong attention to detail and high standard for accuracy  

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)  

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc. 

  • Comfortable managing repetitive but detail-sensitive tasks with consistency  

  • Basic understanding of ecommerce workflows (pricing, discounts, product links)  

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once  

  • Clear written communication for internal coordination and QA 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools  

  • Familiarity with basic email formatting  

  • Experience with website CMS updates (e.g., banners, product pages)  

  • Understanding of email marketing best practices (testing, deliverability, formatting) 

  • Basic understanding of campaign tracking, landing pages, UTM links, and paid media reporting 

  • Process-oriented mindset with interest in improving systems and workflows
