We are looking to appoint a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities are:
Ensuring all vendor invoices and credits relating to our US business are received, recorded, verified, and processed in our Finance system.
Reconciling vendor statements with balances and records in our Finance records.
Primary day-to-day point of contact at 10ofthose with our vendors for queries and resolution of accounts payable matters.
Duties as assigned by the US Finance Officer.
For the right candidate, there may be scope and opportunity for the role to expand to include other duties within the Finance Team.
Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate:
experience of accounting principles and working in a finance role
an enthusiasm and striving for excellence for the role, with continuous improvement mindset
attention to detail
comfortable using Accounting IT software and Excel
clear written and oral communication skills, a personable nature and a love of building relationships through day-to-day interaction with our vendors and partners
being in agreement with the company’s aim and mission statement.
Position is based in La Grange, KY. Possibility to transition to hybrid position after training.
Salary: $36,000 – $40,000, depending on experience. This is an exempt position.
Hours: Preferably 8am – 4pm (EST), Monday to Friday. Flexibility on working hours, and part time options will be considered.
Training: Full and ongoing training will be provided as required.
