I D E Thomas
Dr. I. D. E. (Isaac David Ellis) Thomas (-2013) was born in Carmarthenshire, Wales and held three pastorates in his native land before spending ten years conducting preaching missions in Europe, the U.S.A. and Canada. He also served as a commentator for the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation).
He was the Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Maywood, California for over thirty years, and then Pastor Emeritus of United Community Church in Glendale, CA. He was the author of several books, including A Puritan Golden Treasury.
