"I tell stories for a living. Writing is my third career. I started out as a firefighter when I was only 20. Then I served churches as a pastor for 16 years. Around the time I turned 40 I quit my day job to write full-time. I also went back to firefighting as a volunteer for over ten years. In addition to writing my own books and collaborating with others, I offer a wide variety of services for other writers as well as people with a story to tell who are not in the position to hire a collaborator."
